  • Modacare MD is a fast-acting sublingual version of Modafinil, designed for those who want quicker onset and better absorption.
    By dissolving the tablet under the tongue, the active ingredient bypasses the digestive system and enters the bloodstream more directly – offering enhanced bioavailability and faster effects compared to standard oral tablets.

    They come as unmarked, round tablets, containing 100 mg or 200 mg doses of the active constituents, D- and L-modafinil (more commonly referred to as S- and R- modafinil). As a generic medication, Modafinil Modacare MD is virtually identical to brand-name modafinil such as Provigil of Cephalon Inc.
    A study by Battleday RM found that modafinil “directly increases cortical catecholamine levels, indirectly upregulates cerebral serotonin, glutamate, orexin, and histamine levels”.
  • Dosage
  • Much like our other brands of Modafinil (Modvigil) and Armodafinil (Artvigil), each tablet is carefully manufactured to include a breaker line along the center of the tablet. This means that each 200 mg tablet may be broken in half (along the breaker line) to give an accurate 100 mg dose. For many users, 100 mg is more than enough to give an adequate feeling of wakefulness, focus and attention. Depending on the individual’s circumstances, some users may take 200 mg to attain the desired effects.

    It’s important to understand your specific metabolism and individual reaction to Modafinil. So we recommend taking 100 mg on an empty stomach as early as possible. You should begin to notice the effects within 1 hour, with effects beginning to diminish after approximately 6 – 8 hours.
